This was slogan or sleep of tongue by the frustrated only, but it is now real.Look at the Syrian, Lybian, Iraqi,African , Myanmar refuge, you can find the answer, these are real even though they were proverb
Human are very keen to spend millions of dollars , thousands of human will participate to save a stranded whale , but what these Human are doing for fellow human are as follows--------

1)Pushing refuge boat away, calling these are people smuggler economic migrant, letting human to die in deep sea.

2)Letting fellow human to drown in the deep sea and we can see dead bodies of infant , women, children floating on the water, beach.

3) Innocent Human are ousted from their home , land either burnt alive or chopped into peaces by fellow human for their wealth,land ,houses.(by Myanmar, CAR, criminals , gangs, thugs)

4)Human are carrying fellow human in unventilated truck where animal cannot be transported. and let them die from suffocation and later found their putrefied bodies.

5)Thanks to Germany who declared to accept 800,000 refuge, and while on the way to German, even though these people bought valid train tickets to German/Austria , Hungary police boarded these women,children, men forcefully into a train like animal and took them to concentration camp even though they had valid ticket to go to Germany/Austria, that was deceitful clear violation of international law and criminal act.We have video-clip that showed how police, even journalist kicking these helpless,traumatised people were traumatised by Hungarian Journalist,Police,Authority.

6) Human( ISIS,AL-NUSRA,AL-KYEDA ,FSA, CAR(Central African Republic Christian thugs, other thugs etc,) are killing fellow human by shooting head in close range, or slit throat or throwing into fire including infant, children, women, innocent man , women.

7)Human are supplying arms to fellow human( ISIS,AL-KYEDA,AL-NUSRA,FSA(free syrian Army),CAR thugs, JIHADIST etc, to incite violence , to kill fellow human, and fellow human are enjoying the killing of fellow human, this is their daily entertainment.

8) Some countries are Arming , training Jihadist, terrorist ,Fundamentalist, criminal thugs, gangs ,psychopaths(ISIS,Al-Kyeda,Al-Nusra,FSA) to fight and topple its Government ,causing complete destruction of these countries and when these countries are un-inhabitable , people has to leave for safer destination ,taking a very risky journey by boat or other means and at the same time politicians of these countries are calling them they are economic migrant, and reinforce border guard to stop the boat by any means and let them die inside the war torn countries.People smuggler will obviously take advantage out of these crisis but humanitarian situations are real.

9) Some countries Detaining these refuge in detention centre in inhuman condition ,under the criminal guards,psychopath security who are raping ,torturing these refuge causing further trauma.

10)Saudi funded Madrassas are Building Suicide Bomb!!!!!!!! mostly in Pakistan & elsewhere.
