Corruption does not only belong to Poor Developing countries politicians becoming rich from bribery, illegal unethical involvement. This terminology should be and must be applicable to rich countries politicians , govt officials ,bureaucrates.

Most politicians , bureaucrates, officials all over the human planet 99.9% are corrupt one way or other.Developed countries politicians or officials try to ramain as  uncorrupt in their own countries law like not taking bribe or commission but in international standard they are corrupt like they bribe foreign or poor nations politicians for project favour, selling arms to the terrorist, forming terrorist organisation like Al-kaeda, ISIL, Al-Nusra, promoting or inciting violence in foreign nation where politicians of those poor nation cannot be bribed or convinced to do things in their favour.

What I mean in my writting you can see in your current lifetime from experience ,you do not have to read book to see the past.Rich countries politicians or bureaucrates talks more about more morale or ethical things but when you see their action in international arena do not match their well publicised morale or ethical statements." CORRUPTION" is universal, and it is unethical, imoral and applicable to anybody irrespective of rich or poor, black or white , male or female.

All these are Corruption"Bribe,forge, stealing small scale or large scale, robbing others wealth resource by force or killing them ,forming groups supplying arms to fight each other or its Government,killing fellow human, dropping bombs,nepotism,taking advantage ,abusing power,position,demeaning ,degrading others,preventing people to achieve ,favouring some group against others by new laws."These are all corruption ,imorale,unethical. Irony is human are like rats,pigs want to empower other, steal others ,eat others
