MYANMAR, ISIS, GAZA,SYRIA,LYBIA,YEMEN,CAR, BOKO-HARAM,BOSNIA, SERBIA are few examples .
Some human are actively participating in CRUELTY,BARBARISM, some are indirectly helping these Cruel human, Some are watching these Cruelty silently, others are protesting ,objecting , raising voice but unable to help or do any things.
We all are morally responsible for our action.
