Only Incivil human can insult ,bully, denigrate, demean fellow human.. A Mannered human cannot purposely , insult , Denigrate, Demean fellow Human . Only Psychopath , un-Mannered can do these.
A citizen not or should not insult a Prime minister or an Official if they do will be charged for indecency.A Country's figurehead, King's cannot be or shouldn't be purposefully insulted, denigrated or bullied. Authority will take action according to law in a decent society.
Asking thousands of people with Gun to participate in a Demeaning cartoon competition of Prophet Muhammad PBUH , in a Friday prayer at the Phoenix Mosque Car park ,where Muslims going to say their prayer with family & children is not a sign of normal human. And those who allow these to happen is not normal either.
A decent or Civil human should not or cannot organise similar inciting, Demeaning, cartoon competition in the carpark of a Christian Church /Buddhist temple /Hindu Temple /Jewish Synagogue or any other religious place purposefully offending fellow human. These are simple the act of Criminals and Psychopath, or Psychologically imbalance individual or groups.
Derogatory remarks against a religion and its prophet are not freedom of speech.
Denigration, Demeaning are not freedom of speech are simply bigotry.
Degrading , Humiliating,Ignominy,Demoting other religion are not freedom of speech.
These are the act of Psychopath, Mentally disturbed, Mentally imbalanced people.
