Recently,Young Muslim fatwabaz spreading hate massage in social media that ,new year " Haram for muslim as on this day Christian slaughter Muslims" , " It is Christianity" .
Reality is This Calender came long before Islam came so ,slaughtering muslims with the begining of this calender is wrong.
Roman Empire Julius Caesar for the first time invented this modern English calendar . This was nothing to do with Christianity initially .Christian believe it is the feast day for Jesus Circumcision. Up-until 1752 AD English celebrated 25 th of March as their day1, " Feast of Annunciation"when Gabriel told Mary is going to have a baby. Obviously during 7th Century BC some pagan celebrated this new year . It was Jews who were slaughter on 1st day of January by Christian that's why they celebrate it. It is the Jews who are spreading propaganda that Muslims were slaughtered on that day to confuse all of us
