Housing ,Realestate, Land Developer,apartment developer in Bangladesh are total fraud. These group of business developed and developing in Bangladesh over the last 37 years .Almost all except few are fraudulent.Ex-Pat and People living inside Bangladesh paying money in the hope that these industry will abide by the agreement that they will hand over after completing the payment.
But most of the Expat-Innocent are the victims. Even after 10-15 years passed not received the land . Some of the investor already deceased after crying and fighting for their land or money back.Government of Bangladesh are inactive in these regards.The reason behind is corruption inside outside all aspect of political corruption and involvement of the politicians ,muscleman,robber,dacoit in these Industry.
People's trust eroded already ,some died from stress, heart attack, committed suicide.
If Government does not take appropriate action to safeguard hardworking income EX-Pat remittance will dry soon.
